List of goods and services not allowed on next2u marketplace.

These goods and services may not be posted on next2u. If you are unsure whether your offer is allowed, contact support before posting.
In short: anything in the categories below cannot be listed. When in doubt, ask support first.
- Medical services (except cosmetic services).
- Medicines (including veterinary drugs) and dietary supplements.
- X-ray and CT equipment, radiation-therapy equipment, and devices using radioactive substances.
- Medicinal raw materials from reindeer husbandry (for example maral antlers, pantorin).
- Traditional-medicine methods.
- Human organs and tissues, donor services, surrogacy services, breast milk.
- Nicotine-containing products (including for heating or evaporation), tobacco and tobacco products, smoking mixtures and their packaging, and any vouchers or promo codes for them.
- Smoking accessories and devices (electronic cigarettes, vapes, hookahs), their packaging and repair, and related vouchers or promo codes.
- Alcoholic products, ethyl and methyl alcohol (synthetic, technical or food-grade), alcohol-based antiseptics, and containers used for them.
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances, their precursors and the plants containing them; items for their use; goods, services or job offers promoting or related to them; and prohibited potent or toxic substances.
- Protected or endangered species (European or regional Red Lists, CITES or other law), their parts, derivatives and any products made from them, plus species whose possession is prohibited, and related services.
- Goods or services for poaching or illegal capture (electric fishing rods, nets, leg-hold traps, baiting services) and anything obtained that way.
- Zoos; use of animals for entertainment; hunting licences and permits; and anything related to animal cruelty.
- Financial services, including providing or arranging loans directly, or using personal or professional positions or connections to do so.
- Goods and services related to forex dealers (equipment, consulting, training).
- Currency in circulation, coins and banknotes (except for numismatics); counterfeit money (except souvenirs or film props).
- Cryptocurrencies and related services or training, and crypto sale/exchange terminals.
- Securities (except collectible ones clearly marked expired, void, cancelled or redeemed).
- Precious metals, natural precious stones and pearls (except finished jewellery).
- Financial or commodity pyramids; pay-to-register, paid reviews, likes, surveys, link-clicking and similar "easy income" schemes and their training.
- Counterfeit goods: items illegally using a brand's trademark or imitating an original (replica designer clothing, accessories, phones).
- Pirated products (unlicensed films, games, music).
- Services to crack licensed software or bypass copy protection (firmware mods, unlocks, jailbreaks).
- Explosives and materials, detonators, and services to make them.
- Any weapon (firearm, pneumatic, cold, hunting, traumatic, gas, stun, throwing, sports, signal, collectible, deactivated, blank-firing, souvenir or scale model) and its packaging; and any weapon part (barrels, receivers, bolts, stocks, grips, magazines, muzzle devices, trigger mechanisms, blades).
- Any ammunition, and services to make it.
- Self-defence tools: batons, stun guns, knuckles, aerosol/flashbang devices, gas and pepper sprays, push daggers.
- Automatic, spring-assisted, gravity or butterfly knives that deploy from the handle.
- Weapon making or repair, help obtaining a weapon permit, and firearms training for a licence.
- Goods or services with no consumer value (tags or receipts without products), expired food, substandard goods, used underwear (except maternity), hosiery or disposables.
- Ready-made diplomas, coursework, dissertations and academic papers, services to write them, and related job offers.
- Debt-collection services and related job offers.
- State awards and their ribbons, copies or models (except magazine collector copies).
- Intimate services (escort, erotic massage, striptease, nude shoots, webcam) and related job offers; adult goods, sex toys, pornographic materials and related services; used clothing or footwear offered as fetish items.
- Lotteries, games of chance and betting, including equipment to run them.
- Encryption technology, hidden audio/video recording devices, eavesdropping and covert surveillance tools, and related documents.
- Political propaganda, election ballots and items or services related to political rights, and related job offers.
- Religious ceremonies, prayers, activities of religious organisations or sects, and related job offers.
- Occult, magic, fortune-telling or rituals aimed at causing harm, and related job offers.
- Network-marketing distribution and direct-sales recruiting offers.
- Work in foreign armed forces or non-governmental paramilitary organisations, and goods with their symbols.
- Extremist materials and Nazi symbols, or symbols of organisations banned in the EU.
- Services to circumvent next2u's rules.
Also prohibited: any goods or services whose circulation is restricted or that may break the law, including:
- contact or account information (phone numbers, emails, messenger or social accounts, links to create them, contact databases, account-sharing services);
- SIM cards and mobile-operator connection services;
- reversible or quick-release licence-plate frames, anti-tow devices, odometer-tampering goods or services, intercom master keys, code grabbers, meter-tampering magnets, taxi-aggregator unlocking, and similar;
- real estate or goods under a registration ban (except property sold at auction);
- job offers without official registration; front-man services (registering an organisation or sitting exams in someone else's name, fictitious marriages); residence-registration services; sale of vehicle inspection cards without a real inspection;
- counterfeit licence plates, vehicle papers or other official documents granting rights or exemptions (except clearly invalid collector items); editing official registers or databases;
- paid mediation in obtaining public services;
- unauthorized data collection or hacking (account hacking, spam, content scraping, review deletion, privacy violations, disclosure of secrets);
- distance-sale-prohibited products sold remotely;
- goods or services lacking mandatory registration, certification, licences or permits;
- goods from the state material reserve;
- offers intended to harm third parties or with signs of fraud;
- goods or services that may threaten transport security (including transport documents).
Coronavirus-related offers: those undermining isolation measures; treatment, diagnosis or prevention claims; using the term to grab attention; or diagnostic tests without a stated disease.
Also: speculation on socially significant topics to grab attention or spread unverified information; e-books, electronic periodicals, audiobooks and online-course materials (except the reading devices themselves); and basic socially significant goods at inflated prices during artificial shortages.
