Services Agreement

This document sets the general rules for using the platform operated by next2u S.à r.l. - S. (the "Company").

What the platform provides

next2u gives Users a platform to post listings and connect with other Users to buy and sell items. The Company acts solely as an intermediary: transactions are concluded directly between Users, and the Company is not a party to them.

Accepting this agreement

You accept this Agreement by creating an account, posting a listing, or contacting another User through next2u.

The Company may change this Agreement; the new version takes effect when posted on the next2u Rules page (unless another date is stated). Continuing to use next2u after changes means you accept them. The Company is not obliged to provide services to every potential User (for example, if a listing category breaks next2u's rules or the law).

Using the platform

• Services are provided in the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
• The platform is provided "as is", in the form and functionality available at the time of use.
• The Company does not guarantee that the platform will meet your expectations or that you will successfully complete transactions.
• You are responsible for all interactions and transactions with other Users. The Company does not verify the accuracy of listings, the identity of Users, or the quality of items.

To identify a User or verify an account, the Company may request your full name, email and phone number, ask you to complete verification steps (such as a confirmation email or phone confirmation), or request other information needed for verification or security.

Your login credentials

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• If you lose them or believe they have reached a third party, notify the Company immediately.
• You may not sell, rent or give your credentials to third parties.
• All actions taken with your credentials are considered to be yours, and you are responsible for them.

Liability

The Company is not liable for: transactions between Users; the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of listings; Users' ability to complete transactions; disputes between Users; or losses arising from transactions made through the platform. The Company is also not liable for an inability to use next2u through no fault of its own, including loss of login credentials or disruption caused by third parties or technical failures.

Communication

The Company may send you notifications about using the platform, including legally significant ones (for example, changes to this Agreement, platform updates, or account status). Notifications may be sent by SMS, push notification, email, or in the notification center. You must make sure our notifications reach you.

Duration and termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or the next2u Rules, and will notify you of such situations. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account. If you take no action on your account for 3 years, the Agreement is considered terminated on your initiative at the end of that period.

Disputes and governing law

Disputes between the Company and Users are handled through claims, with a response period of 30 calendar days from receipt. Disputes are referred to the Luxembourg Arbitration Centre or another competent court where arbitration does not apply under Luxembourg law. The applicable law is that of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
