FAQ
Quick answers to the most common questions about using next2u.
Getting started
Click Sign in at the top of the page, then Create new account. Enter a username, email and password (or use Sign in with Google or Apple). Once registered, you can post listings and browse right away.
next2u covers goods and services, and a dedicated vehicles marketplace is on the way. You can list almost anything lawful, as long as it follows our posting guidelines and prohibited items rules.
Yes. Creating an account, posting listings, browsing and contacting sellers are free. We also offer optional paid features, such as promoting a listing, for extra visibility. Creating a company to sell as a business is free too.
Buying and selling
After signing in, click Publish listing and add a title, description, photos, price and category. Submit it and your listing goes live for other users to find.
Open the listing and click Contact the seller to start a chat. Keep your conversations on next2u so they stay protected.
Go to My listings in your account, open the menu on a listing, and choose to edit or delete it. If you need a hand, contact support.
You keep your personal account and create a company: a dedicated business space with its own storefront, @handle and team access. There is no separate "Pro account". If you sell as a business, this is required. Learn more under Selling as a business.
Trust and safety
Meet in safe public places, inspect items before paying, prefer secure payment, and never share sensitive personal or banking details in chat. Keep all communication and deals on next2u, and report anything suspicious.
To keep next2u safe, listings, usernames and profile pictures are checked with automated tools, including AI. Content may be reviewed, hidden or removed if it breaks our rules, and you can ask for a human review of a decision that affects you. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
If a listing looks fraudulent or misleading, click Report this listing on the listing page. Our team reviews every report and takes action when needed.
Restrictions usually follow a breach of our Terms of Use. Check your email for the reason. If you believe it was a mistake, contact support for a review and possible reactivation.
