Selling as a business

Create your company

Step-by-step guide to creating and verifying a company on next2u to sell as a business.
Last updated

Creating a company is free and self-serve. You keep your personal account and add a company space to it in a few minutes.

Before you start

Have these ready:

  • Your company's legal details, name, legal name, VAT number, registration number and country
  • An official document dated within the last 3 months (for verification):
    • Certificate of incorporation
    • Business registration extract
    • Trade register excerpt

Steps

1. Sign in to your personal account

If you do not have an account yet, sign up first, it is free. You will create your company from there.

2. Create a company

Open the profile switcher (top of your account) and choose Create a company. Give it a name and an @handle, this is the public identity buyers will see on your storefront.

3. Add your business details

In the company's Settings, fill in:

  • Company name and legal name
  • VAT number
  • Registration number and country
  • Business address and website

4. Verify your business

In the company's Compliance section, upload one of the accepted documents. Make sure it is:

  • Less than 3 months old
  • Clearly readable
  • In PDF, JPG, or PNG format

5. Set up payouts

To get paid for your sales, complete payout setup in the company's Finance space. Your identity and bank details are verified securely by our payment provider.

6. List as your company

Switch to your company context and publish your listings. When you publish on behalf of the company, it appears as the seller, with its name, logo and @handle.

Inviting your team

A company can have several members. From Settings → Members, invite teammates and assign roles. Everyone keeps their own personal login while sharing access to the company.

Common issues

Registration number rejected Double-check for typos. The number must match official records exactly.

Document rejected Ensure your document is recent (under 3 months) and all text is legible.

I already have a personal account You do not need a new account. Create the company from your existing account, you can manage both from the same login.

Partner Pending

Your partner account is being reviewed. You will be able to create listings once it is approved.
